Houdini 100 Year Anniversary Ceremony
Exactly 100 years to the day since the first powered
controlled flight in Australia, Diggers Rest will
commemorate the occasion with a Commemorative Ceremony.
The ceremony will include a talk on Harry Houdini, a
performance by illusionist Simon Taylor and a
presentation of a time capsule to the Diggers Rest
Primary School. At 1:00 pm there will be a commemorative
ultralight flight next to the original Houdini flight
path,
